DESCRIPTION

The complete set of equipment for micro scale biological fruit and vegetable waste treatment mainly includes a pretreatment system and a microbial fermentation system. The process flow mainly includes crushing, sorting, dehydration, and high-temperature aerobic fermentation of microorganisms. It is mainly used in relatively large fruit and vegetable waste treatment stations for centralized treatment of fruit and vegetable waste generated in towns, streets, and districts.

The micro biological fruit and vegetable waste treatment equipment has a high degree of automation. Before operation, the equipment only needs to set the operating parameters, turn on the switch, and can run automatically for 24 hours without manual operation. During the processing, 90% of organic waste is treated in the front-end pre-treatment stage, with wastewater meeting standards for discharge and oil recycling. 10% of solid materials are used as organic fertilizer raw materials for ecological planting and breeding. The entire processing process is pollution-free and there is no secondary pollution, in line with the national principle of "reduction, harmlessness, and resource utilization" for on-site treatment of fruit and vegetable waste.
