DESCRIPTION
Micro scale biological kitchen waste treatment equipment uses organic waste such as kitchen, kitchen waste, fruits and vegetables as raw materials, such as leftovers, vegetable leaves, vegetable roots, fruits, food residues, chicken, duck, fish and meat waste, shrimp and crab shells, eggshells, bones, etc. Through comprehensive treatment technologies such as crushing, drum washing, pressing and dehydration, oil-water separation, and microbial high-temperature aerobic fermentation, the organic waste is quickly decomposed and ultimately converted into organic fertilizer raw materials.
Micro scale biological kitchen waste treatment equipment has a high degree of automation. Before operation, the equipment only needs to set the operating parameters and turn on the switch to operate automatically for 24 hours without manual operation. During the processing, 90% of organic waste is treated in the front-end pre-treatment stage, with wastewater meeting standards for discharge and oil recycling. 10% of solid materials are used as organic fertilizer raw materials for ecological planting and breeding. The entire processing process is pollution-free and free from secondary pollution, in line with the national principle of "reduction, harmlessness, and resource utilization" for on-site treatment of kitchen waste.
